Inaba Rika is a reporter for a television station and specializes in reporting on the National Police Agency. Despite being considered a promising reporter, her passionate passion for work sometimes annoys those she covers and causes trouble for herself.
 
Currently, after working as a reporter for 5 years, although she doesn't want to, Rika has to change morning to become Director for an evening news program. She was asked to report on the Japan Self-Defense Forces.
 
Meanwhile, Lieutenant Sorai Daisuke wishes to become a fighter pilot. When his dream was about to come true, he had an accident that injured his leg and had to give up his dream. That incident made him despair. He was assigned to work in the Communications Department of the Air Force. Despite everyone's objections and the fact that he is still young in the profession, his superior, Uncle Sagisaka, still asks him to assist reporter Rika.
 
Rika started going to the Communications Department to get news about her show. She tries to gather a lot of breaking news in the hope that it will be a cover for her to regain her position as a reporter soon. Because of that, Rika caused a lot of trouble.
